How can I be sure my monogram will be the proper size and placed in the best spot on the product?
Embroidered monograms, initials and text will be sized and placed on the item in the location that best fits your product. Images throughout the website clearly show location of the monogram for each particular item.

How can I be sure that the thread color for the monogram is true to what is displayed on my computer screen?
Please remember that computer monitors may show color differently. Be assured that we will select the best shade to compliment your item.

How does a traditional three letter monogram appear?
This type of monogram shows 3 initials. The last name goes in the center and is larger that the other 2 names. The initial to the left represents the first name and the initial to the right represents the middle name or a women's maiden name. This monogram style can be used for both men and women.

Alison Jane Taylor

Alison Taylor Lewis (married name)

How would I submit a monogram for a couple?
For a couple's monogram, where the couple share the same last name, the larger initial in the middle represents the last name. The initial to the left represents the women's first name and the initial to the right represents men's first name.

Example:
Mary and Nathan Brown

For a couple's monogram, where the couple does not share the same last name the first initials will be used as follow:
Lynn Jones & Michael Stewart

What if I am embroidering a word or name as opposed to initials?
When ordering text on an item, please indicate which letters are to be capitalized and which are to be lower case.
